Privacy

This site captures small amounts of information you give us deliberately — nothing else. Specifically:

• Contact form — name, work email, optional company or plant name, and the message you type.
• Chat widget — the email address you provide before chatting, the page you started the chat on, and the messages you send. Replies we send appear in the same chat thread.
• Access tokens — if we share a per-lead URL with you to unlock the gated sections, your browser stores a small flag confirming the unlock.

We do not buy lists, fingerprint browsers, or run third-party trackers beyond the optional analytics noted below.

• Firestore (Google Cloud, region asia-south1) — chat sessions and messages, contact-form submissions, and access grants. Access is gated by security rules at the database layer.
• Google Sheets — a working CRM sheet owned by FactoryOps AI; rows are appended via Google Apps Script.
• Your inbox at factoryopsai@gmail.com— a copy of new contact submissions and first chat messages is forwarded via EmailJS so we don't miss a message.
• Browser storage — your own browser holds an opaque chat session ID and any access-unlock flag. Clearing site data removes them.

Strictly necessary storage. We use localStorage(not cookies) for items the site can't work without:

• Your chat session ID, so we know which conversation is yours.
• Any access-unlock flag if we've shared a per-lead URL with you.
• Your consent choice itself (so we don't re-ask on every visit).

Analytics — off by default.We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are useful. GA4 is gated behind Google's Consent Mode v2: until you click Accept all or toggle Analytics on, GA4 sets no cookies and associates no data with you. Once enabled, GA4 sets first- party cookies (_ga, _ga_*) with a 24-month expiry. IP addresses are anonymised. The full GA4 privacy notice is on Google's policy page.

• To remember your interest so we don't re-ask you the same qualifying questions.
• To improve the site copy and product positioning — patterns across messages help, individual messages stay private.

Nobody outside FactoryOps AI, except the processors named above (Google Cloud / Firestore, Google Workspace / Sheets, EmailJS) that run the plumbing on our behalf. We do not sell or rent your data.

Chat sessions, contact submissions, and CRM rows are kept while they remain relevant to the conversation — typically up to two years. Email us at info@factoryopsai.com and we will delete a record sooner on request.

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Reach out at info@factoryopsai.com. If you're in the EU or UK, you have the rights granted by GDPR and we will honour them.
