These terms apply to your use of the marketing website at factoryopsai.com — the public pages, the chat widget, the contact form, and any access-gated content we share with you via a per-lead URL. They do not cover the FactoryOps AI product running inside a plant; that is governed by a separate written agreement.

• A website describing what FactoryOps AI is building. The information is shared in good faith but the product is under active development; screenshots, capability lists, and architecture notes will change.
• A best-effort way to reach us — chat replies and email follow-ups are sent by a human within one business day where possible. There is no service-level commitment on this site.
• Access tokens shared by us are personal to the recipient. You shouldn't forward your access URL to people we have not agreed to share details with; we may revoke a token without notice.

• Use the site for its intended purpose: to evaluate whether FactoryOps AI is a fit for your plant.
• Don't try to scrape, spam, or overwhelm the contact form, chat, or any other endpoint. Our security rules already make most of this fail; we're asking nicely on top of that.
• Don't share access URLs with people the recipient has no relationship with. If you receive an access URL, treat it like a shared secret.

The site copy, design, original imagery, the capability-ladder framing, and the architecture notes are owned by FactoryOps AI. You're welcome to reference or link to the public pages with attribution; please don't copy the text verbatim into your own materials. Industry-standard category names (PPE, restricted zones, and similar) belong to the industry, not to us.

We make no warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or availability of the site. The product roadmap may change. We do not guarantee that chat replies will arrive, that an emailed link will work forever, or that any specific capability will ship.

To the extent permitted by law, FactoryOps AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of this website. Our total aggregate liability for any direct loss is capped at the amount you have paid us in connection with this website — which, for a marketing site, is zero.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with the courts of Bengaluru having exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. If you're in another jurisdiction, mandatory local consumer- protection rules continue to apply where they would otherwise.

We may update these terms as the site and product evolve. The "Last updated" date below changes when we do. Material changes will be called out at the top of this page for a reasonable period.
